Does this company meet the Pennsylvania state requirements to conduct business?

State laws are very specific on who may call themselves a true property management company.  We are a fully licensed, bonded, insured company registered with the state of Pennsylvania and the city of Allentown.

Must the company work under a licensed real estate broker?

Yes, at GVPM we contract all lessees and property owners with our in house licensed real estate broker.

Property management (leasing and renting) are considered real estate activities under existing Pennsylvania real estate licensing laws. If a property manager is going to lease, list, manage real estate, or promote the rental of real estate, he or she will need a broker's license. A salesperson working under a broker may engage in such activities, according to Pennsylvania state laws.

Does the company have the means to handle my property maintenance needs and/or concerns, as well as those of my tenants?

At GVPM we handle all maintenance issues, in house.
